Refugees and host communities often struggle with access to affordable and reliable phone and computer (electronic device) repair services in Rhino camp refugee settlement disconnecting them from the digital world thus widening the digital divide. "Bridging the digital divide for all" enables access to affordable and reliable mobile electronic repair clinics that promote electronic device reuse and repurposing. This is creating access to digital devices and tools, digital skills and internet access, and e-waste management.

Impact

Our innovation is impacting refugees and host communities in Rhino camp refugee settlement through improved access to education and information by skilling youth in digital skills and internet access, enhanced community empowerment and inclusion through access to market-driven digital skills trainings and e-waste management, and strengthened social connectivity especially between refugees and host communities who share a common pool of resources.
