Description
Established in 2021, Kigezi Fresh Fruits and Vegetables Ltd (KFFV) is a Youth Led Enterprise based in Kanungu District, stimulating and supporting youth and women involvement in Agricultural Value Chains for Jobs Creation and long-term economic growth. Our Enterprise focuses on the Intersection of Horticultural Production and Coffee Entrepreneurship with a key focus on youth, women and the marginalized groups.
Impact
Our enterprise has so far mobilized over 480 small Holder Famers organized into 25 Farmer-Groups (formally registered with Kanungu District Local Government) with at least 70% and 50 % Youth and Women respectively in Kanungu District. We have partnerships (both formal and non-formal) with a Chilli processing firm and two Export Companies respectively, and are directly connected to a pool of Markets in Uganda under HortiFresh Association offering Markets for both our Horticultural and Coffee Products.

Smallholder Farmers, Agri-Input Dealers, Exporters and local consumers of Horticultural and Coffee Products.
