Description
Everlend is a B2B digital platform that supports ssmallholder farmers access quality climate resilient seeds and organic agro-inputs on credit without requiring collateral hence increasing harvests by 200% and household income by 35%. The platform also has an online marketplace and free trainings on climate smart farming in audio form translated in local languages.
Impact
We have so far created over 50 direct jobs and 200 indirect ones, our farmers attest to 5X increase in harvests and a remarkable increas in household income. We have been able to bridge the gender and age inequality gap with over 80% of our farmer being women and youth while promoting climate resilience through climate smart farming trainings and organic agro-inputs
